BarakaLanguage: Silent Movie

Cast: Random People from all over the world

Reasons to Watch: Amazing photography, Great choice of places, Tremendous analogies

Reasons not to: Heavy stuff, folks; see if you want to handle it! If you’re looking something to watch for thrill or chill or smile or frown, this is not it.

Director: Ron Fricke

Music: Michael Stearns, Dead Can Dance

Storyline: Through 154 locations across 24 countries of the world. It is so beautiful, you crave for wanting to know where those places are. There are parallels drawn between scenes and the analogies are breathtakingly beautiful! It will take you through various amazing rituals from many different cultures. Through different types of temples, mechanical operations of many groups of people that we call everyday life, there are days, and seasons, and those little things we do through all of these processes. There is no story to it. This is the beginning of an entire whirlpool of ideas. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Climax Handling: There is no climax

Points: One place where a scene at a crowded subway station is compared to a mechanised poultry farm - It makes you feel so homogeneous with the world.

Overall Rating: 9/10

Comment: Must watch for anybody who needs inspiration/perspective. You’ll never understand it properly.

How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days Language: English

Cast: Matthew McConaughey, Kate Hudson, Adam Goldberg

Reasons to Watch: Matthew McConaughey :D, Cute Romantic Comedy, Interesting Plot

Reasons not to: Chick Flick, Predictable Story, Sappy Ending

Director: Donald Petrie

Music: Doable. You’re So Vain is a nice song. Moon River is a pleasure to hear.

Storyline: Girl (Andie Anderson) wants to date guy, and wants to be able to piss him off so she can “lose” the guy in 10 days. Guy (Benjamin Barry) wants to date girl and make him fall in love with her in 10 so that he can prove to his company that he has that intensity of smoothtalk. This guy has to meet this girl. Climax. Both people try their experiment on each other and try to push the same wheel in two opposite directions.

Climax Handling: Sappy climax with proportionate amount of tension between on the screen. But of course, they are in love, ultimately. And the wheel rolls off in the third direction, and hey! Win-win!

Points: Motorcycle stunts by Matthew McConaughey, Very cute family scenes, The Power of true love :D

Overall Rating: 6/10

Comment: Watch When at a Girls’ Night Out.
