My Sassy GirlLanguage: Korean

Cast: Jun Ji-hyun, Cha Tae-hyun

Reasons to Watch: Very east-asian-ly Funny!, Great Plot, Right amounts of romance at the right time.

Reasons not to: You have to read through subtitles

Director: Kwak Jae-yong

Music: Pleasingly sufficient. Shin Seung Hun, others.

Storyline: A college student, Gyeon-woo, encounters an extremely strange super-drunk woman and her responsibility automatically falls on this guy’s shoulders. The girl turns out to be magnetically frank and charmingly care-a-damn. Gyeon-woo falls for her, and their dating pattern is a web, right through transport trouble, dodging classes, and staying away from marriage proposals. Their romance, with all its oddities is extremely funny, but soon they realize it is going to lead nowhere. They decide to break off. They decide to meet when they had sorted out things in their lives.

Climax Handling: Do they meet? um.. climax, right? they don’t meet. But what happens when they don’t meet is amazingly funny and super at the same time! Watch out for this part!

Points: Very funny metro sequences! East asian humor rocks!!!

Overall Rating: 7.5/10

Comment: Watch it as a light movie after work/study. It’s a freshner :D
